PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently replace the gas dissolved in a liq. by desired single gas or gas having plural compositions by separating a liq. passage and a gas passage by a diaphragm permeable only to the gas and impermeable to the liq. CONSTITUTION:The objective liq. is passed through the fluid passage 4 from a liq. inlet 5a or stored in the passage 4. A desired gas to be replaced is passed through the gas passage 3 from a gas inlet 6a. Consequently, the gas dissolved in the objective liq. in the liq. passage 4 is kept in contact with the gas in the gas passage 3 only through the diaphragm 1 permeable to the gas and impermeable to the liq. As a result, the gas dissolved in the objective liq. and the gas in the gas passage 3 are alternately infiltrated and permeated through the diaphragm 1 by the difference in the partial pressures of both gases, and the gas dissolved in the objective liq. can be replaced by the desired gas. |
