PURPOSE:To provide visibility even to the fine cut lines of a strippable film consisting of a light shieldable coloring agent, binder and granular material and to allow easy stripping of the unnecessary part thereof by providing a strippable film having low light transparency onto a transparent film. CONSTITUTION:This light shieldable masking film is formed by providing the light shieldable coloring agent, the binder and the granular material which is not compatible with said binder on the transparent film. A coloring agent which shields light by absorbing the exposing light is used as the light shieldable coloring agent; a polyurethane resin, etc., is used as the binder, and a polyethylene resin, crosslinked polystyrene resin, etc., are used as the above-mentioned granular material. The strippable film having >=0.05/(10mum film thickness) difference in the concn. of the light transmission measured via an orthomatic filter under about 10-1,000kg/cm tensile load applied thereto is used as the above- mentioned strippable film. Since this strippable film is provided, even the fine cut lines of about 10mum are easily visible and the stripping operation is improved. |
