<p>PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance of an accumulator by forming some of members constructing the accumulator, which make contact with liquid, by employing a two-phase stainless steel having a pitting corrosing potential higher than 0.3V. CONSTITUTION:A gas sealing hole 2 is bored at one end of a shell 1 where a gas sealing member 4 connected to a bladder 3 is arranged. Some members in contact with water among the constructing member of an accumulator, i.e. the shell 1, a gas plug 6, a washer 14, spacer ring 7, 18, a gasket 22 etc., are formed by two-phase stainless steel having a pitting corrosing potential higher than 0.3V. Accordingly the accumulator can be excellent in its erosion and corrosion resistance.</p> |
