PURPOSE:To improve the arbitrariness of the number of distribution flow passages and achieve the synchronization performance in switching operation by providing the communication openings in which the number of rotary parts is larger than that of the ports formed on a casing and the opening distance in the peripheral direction is not uniform. CONSTITUTION:A distributing valve 1 consists of a rotary part 5 which is communication-connected to one flow passage system 4 having a pressurized fluid feeding part 3 and a casing 6 which rotatably supports the rotary part 5. A plurality of ports 7 which communicated to a plurality of distribution flow passage systems 8 are formed in the part opposed to the rotary part 5 in the casing 6. A plurality of communication openings 11 in the outwardly directed state which are opened on the peripheral edge part of a hollow chamber 10 into which fluid is supplied are provided, and the communication openings 11 in the number larger than that of the ports 7 are provided, and the opening distance in the peripheral direction is not uniform.
