PURPOSE:To enable continuous variation of table rotary speed by hooking material rewound from a roll on a turn table to a linearly reciprocal tension detecting arm, and operating a sped setting volume while interlocking with motion of the detecting arm. CONSTITUTION:A roll of material M is mounted on a turn table 2 so as to be rewound through rotation of the table 2. A speed setting volume is set linearly at the outside of a rotary speed controller 5 for the turn table 2. Rewound material M is hooked to a pulley 15 of the tension detecting arm 12 and pulled by a rope 16 through a spring 18. Consequently, the detecting are 12 is moved linearly as tensile force to be applied on the material M varies, and the speed setting volume functions to set the output continuously so as to provide rotary speed of the turn table 2 corresponding to the tensile force. As a result, feeding speed of material M is maintained constant.
