CONSTITUTION:In incoming, distribution, response, and recovery, a CPU60 edits a call event message, and the number (a) of incoming for an attendant board group 10 at a certain time, a holding time (b), and the number (c) attendant boards performing an acceptance processing in the acceptance group 10 at that time are accumulated in a managing information system 90, respectively. And by inputting each data of the above data (a)-(c) in a certain time zone from an external console 110, a queuing ratio calculation program 120 in the managing information system 90 is started up, and the queuing ratio P(0) for the attendant board group 10 is calculated automatically, and is displayed on a screen. In such a way, it is possible to decide the appropriate number of the boards to be increased, and to perform the operation of the system smoothly.
