PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour of process management, by composing a resistance composition of CaSi2 powder and glass powder, and forming a glaze resistor of high performance in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The resistance composition to make up a resistor is composed of conductive material of CaSi2 powder and glass powder having composition hard to be reduced. The weight ratio of CaSi2 powder and glass powder is 5:95-55:45. The glass powder is constituted of non-reducing glass. Thereby, a glaze resistor of high performance can be formed in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, and the manhour of process management can be reduced. |
