PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing steps by flame-spraying ceramic superconducting substance powder on a ceramic substrate heated to a specific temperature to form a circuit pattern of the substance. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel masking plate 2 in which its circuit pattern section is scooped out is brought into contact with the circuit forming face of an alumina substrate 1 to heat the substrate to 500 to 1200 deg.C, and yttrium- barium-copper oxide powder is flame sprayed by a plasma flame spraying machine on the substrate in a state held at its temperature to form a flame- sprayed layer 3 of the yttrium-barium-copper oxide. Then, this is gradually cooled to a room temperature, and the plate is removed. Thus, the steps are simplified, the bondability of the circuit to the substrate is improved, and the dimensional accuracy can be further improved.
