PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent moldability, thermal stability, etc., by blending a polyethylene terephthalate based block copolymer containing a specific copolymerized polyalkylene glycol with a metallic salt of a specific aliphatic carboxylic acid. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by melt kneading (A) 100pts.wt. polyethylene terephthalate based block copolymer prepared by copolymerizing 15-50wt.% bisphenol-modified polyalkylene glycol [e.g. a compound expressed by the formula (R represents 2-4C hydrocarbon group and preferably ethylene; X represents bifunctional linking group or direct bond and preferably isopropylidene; m and n are 5-20, preferably 5-15)] having 700-3,000 number- average molecular weight with (B) 0.1-5pts.wt. one or more metallic salts (preferably Na or K salt) belonging to groups I and II of the periodic table of a 20-40C aliphatic carboxylic acid (e.g. montanic acid or melissic acid).
