摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the correspondence between taught points and measurement places by storing a specials code for a desired teaching point and arraying data corresponding to the special code in measurement data. CONSTITUTION:A work 30 is taught 24 points, which are regarded as singular points to specify special codes. Then when measuring operation is started, a teaching program 35 is decoded 34a and when the special codes is specified, a sensor 31 is moved to the teaching points in order. A measured distance arithmetic part 34g, on the other hand, finds a measured distance from last data stored in a current position recording device 34f and current position data outputted from a current position arithmetic means 34e and sends the result to a measurement pitch decision part 34h. The decision part 34h sends the current position data as a new measurement point to a recording device 34i when the measured distance is equal to specified pitch. Further, the special codes are supplied to the recording device 34i. Consequently, data of corresponding special codes corresponding to the taught points are generated as a measurement data sequence.
