PURPOSE:To securely discharge a discharging sheet of document by providing at least a pair of paper discharge rollers which are rotated under pressure contact with each other in the vicinity of the document discharge opening of a document discharging inverting part and providing a restricting board which forms the discharged document into a corrugated shape adjacent to the paper discharging lower course side of the pressure contact position of the paper discharge rollers. CONSTITUTION:A document D which is sent into paper discharge rollers 46A, 46B from a send-out passage is sent nearly horizontally out of nip positions due to the pressure-contact rotation of both rollers, moved obliquely upward along the projecting curved faces 50d of guide plate parts 50b, and is outwardly discharged after passing the curved faces on top of them. In this paper discharging process, the document face of a flat sheet of document D which is sent while being interposedly pressed out of the nip positions of the paper discharge rollers 46A, 46B is curved and formed into a corrugated shape parallel to a discharging direction at the time of passing the projecting curved faces 50d of the guide plates 50b on both sides of the discharge rollers 46A, giving strength to the document D in its advancing direction. Thereby, the document D is outwardly discharged in a large arc along the projecting curved faces 50d, being securely discharged.
