PURPOSE:To reduce the cable cost, by converting a switch state signal into an optical signal and transmitting it via an optical fiber, so as to eliminate electric noise and to improve the reliability. CONSTITUTION:An optical transmission section 10 has a bus 11 comprising the optical cables, represents the on/off state of switches of optical transceivers 18- 20 with a specific wavelength, selects an optical signal of a prescribed wavelength from the input pulse of optical signals P1, P2 spatially split and multiplexed and forms output pulses P3, P4. Further, the pulses P3, P4 are transmitted to a controller 9 via the bus 11 from the transceivers 18-20, stored in the memory 9b and the data of the memory 9b is transferred to the CPU6 in response to the access request the CPU6. |
