PURPOSE:To generate a smooth animation by a visual point and a color change, by generating a perspective drawing data by a CAD system, processing it by an image processor and generating animation use data equivalent to one-picture. CONSTITUTION:A building perspective drawing is generated by a CAD system 1, and its perspective drawing data is inputted to a high speed image processor 11. In this high speed image processor 11, a motion definition data is inputted, and based thereon, the perspective drawing data is changed by a CPU 12 and an animation use data corresponding to one picture is generated, and displayed by a display means 15. Subsequently, by outputting the image information TS and a picture recording start signal RS to an image recorder 20 by a signal output means, image information equivalent to one-picture is recorded in the image recorder. By repeating it whenever the image information equivalent to one-picture is formed, a smooth animation is recorded in the image recorder 20.
