PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the processing ability of other central processing unit by controlling the disconnection monitoring processing of a line through the monitor of one terminal of two terminals used for a calling. CONSTITUTION:During the calling of a subscriber circuit A and a relay line B, a time division speech path for storing the subscriber line A is closed by a primary time division switch control memory 16 consisting of a central processing unit 19 and a primary space division switch control memory 18. A time division speech path for storing the relay line B is closed by the control of a secondary space division switch control memory 28 consisting of a central processing unit 29 and a secondary time division switch control memory 26 to complete the speech path from the subscriber line A to the relay line B. Thereafter, the disconnection processing of the line is executed by monitoring one line, namely by the monitor of an ordinarily disposed line scanning memory and a second closed information storing circuit 24.
