PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctions of a hysteresis comparator to be caused by the variation of a ground level, by supplying signals between a pair of input terminals by using 1st and 2nd differential circuits and outputting the signals from the section between a pair of output terminals. CONSTITUTION:The 1st differential circuits Q1 and Q2 which make differential amplification to signals arriving the section between a pair of input terminals 20a and 20b and output signals of normal and opposite phases from the section between a pair of output terminals 22a and 22b, is provided. In addition, the 2nd differential circuits Q3 and Q4 which make switching when the signals of the normal and opposite phases outputted from the 1st differential circuits Q1 and Q2 are supplied and feed back obtained normal-phase signals to the opposite-phase output side of the circuits Q1 and Q2 and obtained opposite-phase signals to the normal-phase output side of the circuits Q1 and Q2 are also provided. Therefore, even when a ground level fluctuates due to outside noise, etc., the variation of the potential across the paired input terminals goes to the same in phase and is removed by the 1st differential circuits. Thus malfunctions of a hysteresis comparator can be prevented.
