The present invention relates to a Canine Coronavirus (CCV) vaccine from a cell-associated peplomer antigen, processes for preparing such a vaccine, polyvalent vaccines consisting of the cell-associated CCV peplomer antigen in association with one or more additional pathogenic organisms or viruses, and to the use of the above-mentioned vaccines in prophylaxis of infection caused by CCV.
