PURPOSE:To realize high speed and high torque, by permitting the maximum points of the amplitudes of vertical oscillation and tending oscillation, to coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:On an elastic plate 11, a piezoelectric ceramic plate 12 with metallic electrode films arranged on both the main surfaces is fitted. The elastic plate 11 is contrived so that secondary vertical oscillation and primary bending oscillation may be driven by the same frequency. Besides, on the elastic plate 11, a paper sheet 13 is put, and the paper sheet 13 is brought into pressure- contact with the central section of the elastic plate 11 by a rotatable roller 14. Then, the input of AC signal to the piezoelectric ceramic plate 12 is provided, and on the surface of the elastic plate 11, elliptic oscillation is excited. The oscillating amplitude of the elliptic oscillation comes to a maximum on the central section of the elastic plate 11, and so the roller 14 is rotated and at the same time, the paper sheet 13 is fed. |
