<p>PURPOSE:To reduce operating cost of a fluidized bed furnace and to contribute to saving of resources by utilizing combustion exhaust gas of direct firing burner for heating a material to be heated as atmospheric gas together with fluidized gas. CONSTITUTION:In the fluidized bed furnace 21, after charging the material to be heated in the granule 4 bed, fuel is supplied to the direct firing burner 7, to execute combustion at <=1 air fuel ratio. The combustion exhaust gas is flowed to an exhaust gas pipe 9 from an exhaust gas hole 8 and after condensing and separating the water with a cooler 10, CO2 is removed with a removing device 12, and after that, the gas is pressed in a storing tank 13 with a pressurizing pump 11. The gas in this tank 13 having non-oxidizing property is sent under pressurizing into the fluidized material 4 from a supplying hole 16 for the fluidized gas through a distributing plate 3, to heat and execute the heat treatment to the material to be heated. Then, at the time of the combustion under low loading for the burner 7, the combustion gas quantity of the burner 7 becomes little, but the stored gas in the storing tank 13 is supplied as supplementation, and the fluidization of the granules 4 can be executed without any trouble.</p> |
