NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R is H or alkyl metal). EXAMPLE:( 5R, 6S )-3-Methyl-6-[ (1'R)-1'-hydroxy ]ethyl-7-oxo-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0] hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid. USE:A drug and an antibacterial agent. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II [R<1>' is (OH-protecting) 1- hydroxyethyl; Z is halogen] is reacted with a compound shown by formula V [R<2>' is (amino-protecting) aminomethyl or 2-aminoethyl; X and Y are O] to form a compound shown by formula III, which is reacted with a compound shown by formula VI (R<3>' is carboxyl-protecting group) to give a compound shown by formula IV. This compound is halogenated and then reacted with a phosphine compound shown by the formula P(R<7>)3 (R<7> is aryl) to give a com pound shown by formula VII, which is subjected to OH-protecting group remov al, to ring closure, to R<3>' removal and to reductive removal of the group shown by formula VIII to give a compound shown by formula I. |
