PURPOSE:To enable heating of floor to be performed with simple work by a method wherein a dispersion means and an operating part are provided, a control box is provided with a display part for receiving and displaying a signal from a sensor and an operating part for the sensor. CONSTITUTION:A control box 3 is projected from a wall body 18. A dispersion means 2 is set on an edge 8 of a bath tub 6 within a bath room together with a hot water temperature sensor 4 and a water level sensor 5. A hot temperature adjusting dial 46 in the control box 3 is set to a desired temperature and a water level sensing switch 51 is set to 'ON', resulting in that when the water level sensor 5 shows a desired water level, a water level sensor 16 detects this condition and generates a buzzer sound from a speaker 45. When a temperature sensing switch 52 is set to 'ON', the hot water temperature sensor 4 generates a buzzer sound when the hot water A shows a set temperature. Before taking a bath, when the dispersion switch 48 is set to 'ON', the motor 21 is operated and a sucking vane 23 is rotated, the hot water A is passed within the hot water dispersion pipe 10, dispersed onto a floor 14 at a washing place 7 and heats the floor.
