<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of electrical conduction in the connecting parts between a circuit board and liquid crystal panel by using a color filter formed with a transparent conductive conductive film directly on a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION:This color filter consisting of the transparent conductive film 3, the filter layer 5 and the glass substrate 6 at the time of forming a liquid crystal cell for displaying color images by combining the filter with a TFT active matrix substrate, two-terminal element substrate for MIM, etc. high duty substrate, etc. The transparent conductive film consisting of a thin ITO or SnO2 film or the like is formed via a protective film 4 on the color fiber layer except terminal parts and is formed in the terminal part of the transparent electrode with the circuit substrate in direct contact with the surface of the glass substrate. The adhesive strength of the transparent electrode to the glass substrate is thereby improved and the defective electrical conduction between the color filter electrode and the circuit circuit and board in the terminal part is decreased.</p> |
