PURPOSE:To improve charge discharge efficiency and a cycle life by using a conductive material explained below for an electrode. A polymer of aniline group which is previously made to react on an acid, and the produced aniline compound and a specified oxidizing agent are made to do a polymerizing reaction to form the conductive material. CONSTITUTION:A single or more than two different kinds of aniline compound are made to react on an acid. A product thus obtained, a single or more than two different kinds of cupric compounds, and an oxidizing agent consisting of a single or more than two different kinds of nitril compound are made to do polymerizing reaction to form a conductive material. The conductive material consisting of the polymer of aniline group is used for at least one of a positive electrode 1 or a negative electrode 2. In the case of a secondary battery thus obtained, the decrease in electrode weight caused by the dissolution of the electrode material into an electrolyte or a sudden rise of charging voltage in charge discharge cycles do not occur thereby charge discharge efficiency and a cycle life are improved. |
