PURPOSE:To prevent an electronic equipment from being erroneously operated by adjusting a carrier frequency stored in a memory so that the difference between itself and the carrier frequency of a control signal different in format stored in the other becomes larger. CONSTITUTION:At the time storing a control signal different in format in a memory 4, whether the carrier frequency of a control signal resemble or not is judged by a controller 5; when the carrier frequency is judged to coincident or the difference is small, adjusted so that the difference between carrier frequencies becomes larger. In such a way, a control signal of a frequency discrimination format whose carrier frequency difference is small can be discriminated from a control signal different in format in order to prevent an electronic equipment from acting erroneously.
