PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to deal with a high speed signal, and to constitute a device simply and cheaply by decomposing the multiplex signal of n-series into each communication channel respectively by a decomposition circuit, and multiplexing the respective communication channel, decomposed by the decomposition circuit, into the multiplex signal of m-series by a multiplex circuit, and outputting it. CONSTITUTION:The decomposition circuit 100 to input the multiplex signal of n-series, and the multiplex circuit 200 to multiplex the output signal of it, are provided, and the multiplex signal of n-series is decomposed into every communication channel respectively by the decomposition circuit 100, and the respective communication channel, decomposed by the decomposition circuit 100, are multiplexed into the multiplex signal of m-series by the above-mentioned multiplex circuit 200, and outputted. Accordingly, the highest speed signal, the device deals with, comes to be the inputted multiplex signal of n-series or the multiplex signal of m-series to be outputted. Thus, the decomposition circuit and the multiplex circuit need not be constituted of a circuit or an element for the high speed signal, and can be simply and cheaply constituted.
