PURPOSE:To improve the matching between an input and an output current by selecting a 1st resistance connected between the base and collector of a 1st transistor (TR) to be n-time the resistance of a 2nd resistor connected between the base of the 2nd TR and the collector of the 1st TR. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of the 1st TR 6 is connected to a power supply and the collector is connected to an input current source. The 1st resistor 8 is connected between the base and collector of the 1st TR 6. The emitter of the 2nd TR 9 is connected to the power supply and the collector is connected to a load 10. The 2nd resistor 11 is connected between the base of the 2nd TR 9 and the collector of the 1st TR 6. The resistance of the 1st resistor 8 is selected to be n-time the resistance of the 2nd resistor 11. Thus, even when the resistance of the 2nd resistor 11 has variance, the change in the matching rate is less.
