PURPOSE:To prevent the load to the substantial processing of a computer by applying the processing of information collection and transfer with lower priority than the line control of a communication line. CONSTITUTION:The line control of a communication line 18 is started and the logging processing is started based on the interrupt and the interruption priority of the logging processing is placed lower than the priority of start interruption of the line control of the communication line 18. In receiving a control command from the computer 10, the line controller 1 generates the interruption of the start of line control of the communication line 18 to start the line control of the communication line 18 based on the interruption. Moreover, in receiving the logging start command from the computer 10, the line controller 1 starts the interruption, and the logging processing is applied in an idle time of the line control of the communication line 18 based on the said interruption.
