PURPOSE:To improve dimensional accuracy and yield by holding a plastic sheet, on which regenerated cellulose is attached, between a green sheet and a base, oppositely facing a regenerated-cellulose adhering surface to a through-hole section in the green sheet and filling the inside of the through-hole section with conductor paste. CONSTITUTION:A flat sheet 2 manufactured by affixing regenerated cellulose onto a plastic sheet is held between a green sheet 3 and a base 1 on which the green sheet 3 is placed, and a solvent in conductor paste 8 is absorbed by regenerated cellulose on printing. Accordingly, since the packing density of the conductor paste 8 in through-holes 4 is increased and mold release characteristics with the conductor paste 8 are enhanced in regenerated cellulose, one parts of the conductor paste 8 are left on the base 1 side when the green sheet 3 is extracted after filling, through-hole conductors are not indented, the conductor paste 8 filled does not ooze out between a regenerated-cellulose adhering surface and the green sheet 3, and the insides of the through-holes 4 can be filled with the conductor paste 8 with excellent dimensional accuracy. |
