PURPOSE:To remove the heat-shrinkable deformation of spacers at the time of cooling, to improve the propagating properties of electromagnetic force and to stabilize a superconducting coil even under a thermal state by interposing a plurality of the long-sized spacers in the axial direction of the superconducting coil, and dividing each spacer at least one sections in the longitudinal direction while forming grooves in the direction rectangular to the spacers. CONSTITUTION:Spacers, horizontal spacers 2, interposed among each layer of a superconductor 1 are divided respectively at one sections in the longitudinal direction. Regarding the positions of division, the spacers are arranged alternately at every one spacer so that all spacers are not disposed on the same circumferential line. Grooves 6 are shaped to surfaces 5 brought into contact with the superconductor in the horizontal spacers 2. The grooves 6 are directed in the direction rectangular to the longitudinal direction of the horizontal spacers 2, and connect each flow path of a refrigerant shaped by the horizontal spacers 2. That is, the refrigerant passes through the grooves 6, runs through each horizontal spacer, flows into adjacent flow paths and can be circulated. Accordingly, tensile force working to respective spacer and deformation are reduced while bubbles generated in the refrigerant can be diffused excellently. |
