PURPOSE:To supply oxygenated blood to the blood vessel on the downstream side of a pressurizing expansible part from an inside cylindrical body even when flowing blood is blocked, by providing the pressurizing expansible part, which expands to the outside of the side wall of the leading end part of the inside cylindrical body by the pressure from the second fluid, to said side wall. CONSTITUTION:When the supply of a contrast medium and oxygenated blood is started, a pressurizing expansible part 6a slightly expands to the outside of the side wall of an inside cylindrical body 7 by the pressure of the fluid, that is, the contrast medium flowing through the gap 8 between the inner wall of an outside cylindrical body 6 and the outer wall of the inside cylindrical body 7 and the contrast medium flows out to enter a blood vessel from the leading end 10 of the inside cylindrical body 7. When an oxygenated blood outflow speed/amount controller 12 and a contrast medium outflow speed/amount controller 14 are appropriately set from this state and the supply amounts of both of them are controlled, a pressurizing expansible part 7a becomes a state expanding until it is brought into contact with the inner wall of the outside cylindrical body 6 by the pressure of the oxygenated blood supplied to the interior 9 of the inside cylindrical body and oxygenated blood flows out from the leading end 10. Therefore, even when blood is blocked by the expansion of the pressurizing expansible part 6a, blood can be supplied to the blood vessel on the downstream side of the pressurizing expansible part 6a.
