摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a record with excellent fixability, prevent an ink layer from adhering to a high-smoothness paper or film, ensure fevorable feeding, and prevent the ink layer from being transferred in non-printing areas, by providing a surface layer specified in a surface peel strength on the ink layer. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer having a surface peel strength of not more than 150dg/5cm is provided on a heat-fusible ink layer by incorporating at least one of a silicone oil, a silicone resin and a fluororesin in the surface layer. The ink layer can be prevented from adhering to a high-smoothness paper or film even when making close contact with the paper or film under a pressure exerted by a recording head, by providing a non-tacky layer at an interface. The material for the non-tacky layer may be a release agent. The silicone oil preferably has a viscosity of 100-100000 cSt, whereas the silicone resin is preferably a crosslinked-type one having an excellent release agent property, particularly, a silicone resin used for a release paper. The fluororesin may be a tetrafluoroethylene resin or the like. The release agent is preferably incorporated in the surface layer in an amount of 40-100 wt.%, for accomplishing the purpose.
