PURPOSE:To efficiently absorb the looseness of a wire material at the connection part in veering out so as to enable the wire material to be veered out continuously at the fixed speed and tension by providing a wire material looseness absorbing device consisting of plural guide bars erected on a base, between a bobbin left with small wire material and a bobbin fully wounded with wire material. CONSTITUTION:The wire material 6, which has a connection part spanning from a bobbin 1 left with small wire material to a bobbin 2 fully wound with wire material, is sinking to the lower side of plural guide bars 21 until the wire material 6 in the bobbin 1 left with small wire material runs out. But, when the wire material 6 of the bobbin 1 left with small wire material runs out and shifts to the bobbin 2 fully wound with wire material, this wire material 6 rises gradually to the upper side of these guide bars 21 and temporary looseness of the wire material 6 is absorbed and eased. As a result, the wire material 6 is veered out continuously at a fixed speed and tension.
