PURPOSE:To simply position a label at the accurate position of a printing means, by displacing an arm in the direction crossing the transfer direction of a release sheet material along with a roller on the other end side of said arm and finely adjusting the position of the release sheet material in the transfer direction. CONSTITUTION:A label continuous body 14 is printed by a printer 22 and subsequently guided by a roller 28 which is provided on a transfer route in a displaceable manner in the direction crossing the transfer direction of a release sheet material 16. That is, the roller 28 is supported in a rotatable manner at the lower end of an arm 32 by a shaft 30 and the lower end of the arm 32 is supported on a base stand 35 in a rotatable manner by a shaft 34 so as to become shakable in the thickness direction on the release sheet material 16 on the transfer route. The roller 28 can be displaced in the direction shown by an arrow A' by rotating a knob 44 in the direction shown by an arrow A and, contrarily, said roller 28 can be displaced in the direction shown by an arrow B' by rotating the knob 44 in the direction by an arrow B. As a result, the release sheet material 16 is displaced in the longitudinal direction thereof and the position of a label with respect to the printer 22 can be adjusted.
