PURPOSE:To make a wire hard to break by surrounding a 1st material having a high tensile strength and an electricity insulating surface with a 2nd material having electric conductance. CONSTITUTION:A member 1 having a high tensile strength and an electricity insulating surface (for example a high performance engineering plastic such as aramid fiber and polyether ether ketone resin) is arranged in the center and is surrounded with a member 2 having electric conductivity (for example an alloy consisting of 35% of Zn and 65% of Cu) to make them in a body. The electricity insulating member 1 has only to insulate electricity supplied from outside and therefore can be of any material as long as its surface has electricity insulating property.
