PURPOSE:To maintain air pressure in a side pipe, to prevent rise of water level in the side pipe during overflowing process and to prevent contamination in the pipe resulting from penetration of suspended water, by opening and closing a capillary communicated with the top of the side pipe by a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:In controlling amount of water to wash rice, after a fixed time from starting of water supply, a solenoid valve 5 is opened, quick water flow is produced by water level difference H between a rice washing bath 1 and a side pipe 3, impact strength F is applied to the bottom of a float 8 and the float is released from the bottom, by making the solenoid valve 5 to open and close a capillary 4 communicated with the top of the side pipe 3 not open until water level in the rice washing bath 1 produces the head H and opening the solenoid valve 5 when the water level difference reaches a point H. |
