OFFICE PLANNING METHOD AND MAP USED TO SAID METHOD

PURPOSE:To ensure objectiveness and persuasive power with an office planning system by researching and analyzing the consciousness and the actual conditions of users to the present office state and showing the result of analysis in the form of a visible map for general evaluation. CONSTITUTION:The consciousness of the users and the actual conditions of the present office state are researched. Then the result of the research is analyzed and the result of this analysis is shown in the form of a visible map. Based on this map, the problems or the differences from each standard are specified and the degrees of importance are given to plural types of evaluation results obtained in each evaluating step. Thus proposals are given to a new office based on said result of evaluation. In such a way, the analysis and evaluation are carried out in terms of both consciousness and actual conditions so that the problems or the differences from each standard of the present office state re specified. Then these countermeasures are offered in practical forms.
