发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING POWDER KNEADING WATER
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality of cake by calculating the water content in the cake when the water on the cake is eliminated, and detecting the amt. of water necessary for the kneading of powder by using an calibration curve. CONSTITUTION:Coal ash and water are kneaded to obtain a slurry, and the slurry is charged onto a funnel and allowed to stand. The slurry is then vacuum- sucked, the amt. of the filtrate is measured by an electronic balance when the ratio of the reflected IR rays from an IR source above the funnel is suddenly changed, and the amt. of saturated water is obtained. The amt. of water necessary for the kneading of powder is calculated from the amt. of saturated water by using the previously prepared caribration curve, and the water necessary for the kneading of a large amt. of powder is controlled and supplied.
