PURPOSE:To improve the measurement precision of the magnetic flux density of the magnetic field incident core face in the high magnetic field and the leakage magnetic flux density around an electric conductor by constituting a measuring line with a conductor having resistance, a superconductive material having diamagnetic characteristic, and a soft insulator. CONSTITUTION:In a superconductive covered cable 5, a conductor 1 used as a measuring line of an element is made of a metal conductor having electric resistance, e.g., copper or aluminum conductor, an insulator 2 is applied around this conductor 1, and a superconductive material 3 with zero electric resistance is covered around it. A soft metal material 4 with an insulating film or a soft insulator is covered and molded around it. The magnetic lines of force or high frequencies crossing a cable are reflected by the diamagnetic effect of the superconductive material around the conductor. The electromagnetic induction or high-frequency induction entering the cable is thereby prevented, and the correct judgment of the measured waveform and the precision improvement of the measured value can be attained.
