PURPOSE:To efficiently crush and disperse a material to be treated by providing a screw for circulating and moving media onto the outer and inner sides of a cylindrical rotor, and rotating the rotor by the magnetic connection with a shaft provided in the rotor. CONSTITUTION:An advancing screw 3 for advancing the media and a backward moving screw 4 for backward moving the media are formed on the outer and inner sides of the rotor 2. A nonmagnetic partition wall 6 is also provided on the inside of the rotor 2, and a shaft 7 rotated by a motor 14 is furnished on the inside. The shaft 7 and the rotor 2 are magnetically connected by permanent magnets 15 and 16, and the rotor 2 is rotated along with the rotation of the shaft 7. When the rotor 2 is rotated by such a constitution, the media are transferred to the right in the figure through the groove of the advancing screw 3, and the material to be treated is crushed and dispersed by the movement of the media. The treatment is continued to the right end of the advancing screw 3, and the media and material to be treated sent to the right are introduced into the rotor 2 and sent to the left by the screw 4. The media and material flow out to the left end of the screw 4, and are again circulated to the right by the advancing screw 3. |
