<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce the titled pipes in less steps simply, by forming an adhesion mold comprising parallel rodlike cores, applying a coagulating agent to the mold, dipping the mold in a latex liquid thereby forming around it a rubber layer having a 8-shaped cross section, and removing the core to form connected rubber pipes. CONSTITUTION:An adhesion mold 4 comprising rodlike cores 1, 2 connected at welded sections is immersed in a liquid prepared by dissolving for example calcium nitrate in methanol thereby it is coated therewith, the liquid acting as a solidifying agent, then the mold 4 is dipped in a latex liquid 5. The latex liquid 5 adheres to the rodlike cores 1, 2 to form rubber layers 6, 7, and the layers 6, 7 grow and join as indicated at 8 to form a rubber layer having a 8-shaped cross section. Then the mold with the rubber layer is taken out from the latex liquid 5, and is heated to vulcanize the latex, then the spacing member 12 is removed and the thus formed rubber pipes 10 are removed from the mold 4.</p> |
