PURPOSE:To always attain natural communication by detecting an error of a data signal caused by a bad line state and using a switch so as to eliminate the noise caused by an error signal and adding a weak white noise signal to the portion. CONSTITUTION:When an electric field intensity is weak, an error is generated in a digital data signal processed by a receiver 10 and a demodulator 11 and the error is detected as an error detection signal 6 by an error detector 13 and a switch 15 removes an error detection signal 6 from a voice decoded signal 9 having an erroneous data decoded by a voice decoder 14. On the other hand, the error detection signal 6 is integrated by an integration device 16, which adjusts the level of the white noise signal, it is added to the voice decoding signal 10 from which the error detection signal is removed by an adder 18 and the result is sent to a voice output terminal 19. Thus, the noise is reduced and more natural calling is attained.
