PURPOSE:To attempt improvement of sealing ability when a suction passage is closed by providing the way of the suction passage with a mushroom shaped mirror valve opening/closing the suction passage. CONSTITUTION:A suction valve 6 and an exhaust valve 7 are provided to the opening of a suction passage 4 and an exhaust passage 5 both of which are connected to a cylinder 1 respectively. A mushroom shaped mirror valve 15 opening/closing the suction passage is provided on the way to the suction passage 4 so as to allow the mirror valve 15 to close the suction passage 4 before the closing of the suction valve 6. This constitution thereby enables the suction passage to be sealed sufficiently with smaller driving force for improving sealing ability when the suction passage is closed.
