PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of construction work by a method in which a water injecting pipe for recharging well is finely divided for a water- supplying header pipe and set, a drain pipe for reverse cleaning is provided in parallel with the injection pipe, and a switch valve for the header pipe and the drain pipe is set at the branched point. CONSTITUTION:A recharging pipe 3 connected through a water-supplying header pipe 8 to a pipe 2 for pumping up spring water is finely branched and set to the pipe 8. A drain pipe 11 is set in parallel with the pipe 8, and a switch valve 12 is provided at the branched point for the pipe 8 and the pipe 11. A blocking sensor is also provided for the pipe 3, and a controller for the switching action of the valve 12 on the basis of detection signals is also provided, permitting the pipe 3 to be separately controlled. Reverse cleaning in an adequate period can thus be performed by reducing the amount of sewage to be treated without the needs for stopping spring water from a pit excavation bottom 1.
