PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the breakage, cracking, or chipping of the end face of a base plate by providing grooves between one set of wall faces and one set of rails for installing the base plate, respectively, and specifying the relation among the distance between the wall faces, and the sizes of the base plate and a base plate supporting part. CONSTITUTION:One set of wall faces of a cassette is installed so that, d-(a+2 b)/2>d-c where, (a) = the size of the width between base plate supporting parts 4c, 4d on a rail 4, (b) = the size of a base plate supporting part on the rail, (c) = the size of a base plate, and (d) = the distance between one set of wall faces 6a, 6b. A glass base plate 3 is installed on rails 4a, 4b and the end faces 3a, 3b of the glass base plate 3 are always placed on grooves 5a, 5b, being formed in such a way that the end faces are not brought into contact with the rails 4a, 4b. Accordingly, breakage, cracking, or chipping will not occur at all on the end faces 3a, 3b of the base plate 3. |
