PURPOSE:To surely eliminate a residual film and a dyeing dyestuff of a part where no color filter exists, by forming a color filter on a glass substrate, and thereafter, executing the washing by radiating ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:Color filters R, G and B are formed by immersing a glass substrate 1 into a water solution containing a dyestuff, and dyeing a prescribed dyestuff to a layer to be dyed. In such a way when said substrate is immersed in the water solution containing the dyestuff and dyed, the dyestuff adheres to other art than the layer to be dyed, too, and especially, it adheres in large quantities, when adherence force to the glass substrate 1 has been strengthened, and also, it is adsorbed in large quantities to the glass substrate 1 using a dyestuff having a good dyeing property. Therefore after the dyeing and the fixation processing have been executed, the glass substrate 1 is washed by radiating ultraviolet rays 6, and an unnecessary matter adhering to the glass substrate 1 is eliminated. In such a way, a residual film and a dyeing dyestuff of a part where no color filter exists can be eliminated surely. |
