PURPOSE:To enable stable control at every rotating speed by changing the central frequency corresponding to the rotating speed of a rotor in such a manner as to coincide the central frequency with the natural frequency corresponding to the rotating speed of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A compensating circuit 13 comprises a rotating speed sensor 15, a frequency-voltage converter (F/V converter) 16, an arithmetic circuit 17 and a variable-voltage notch filter 18. The rotating speed sensor 15 outputs a pulse signal proportional to the rotating speed of a rotor, and the arithmetic circuit 17 outputs voltage proportional to the backward natural frequency corresponding to the rotating speed according to the above output voltage. Accordingly, even if the rotating speed of the rotor changes, the central frequency of the notch filter 18 also changes to always coincide with the backward natural frequency corresponding to the rotating speed of the rotor.
