PURPOSE:To prevent completely floating bubbles from entering into a memory area by making a part of a parmalloy pattern uneven shap which is situated on the outside of a guardrail preventing the floating bubbles from entering. CONSTITUTION:To prevent floating bubbles from entering from the peripheral part 0 of a magbetic bubble memory chip to a memory area I, a guardrail 8 consisting of parmalloy transfer lines is arranged. An arrangement pattern 10 for a detector 4 is extracted by acrossing the guardrail 8. To prevent a floating bubble B moving along the edge of the pattern of wiring 10 from entering the memory area I across the guardrail 8, a concave pattern 100 is arranged. A convex pattern also can be applied. The same effect can be obtained by arranging an uneven parmalloy pattern. |
