HIGH ISOLATION TYPE SWITCHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve the isolation property and the transmission property between the input and the output in a wide zone by connecting a specific first diode and second diode. CONSTITUTION:The first diode D11 in which an anode is connected to a connection A1 between the first switch S1 and the second switch S12, while a cathode is grounded through the first capacitor C11 on one side and connected to the first power supply V11 through the first resistance R11 on the other side, and the second diode D12 in which a cathode is connected to the connection A1, while an anode is grounded through the second capacitor C12 on one side and connected to the second power supply V12 through the second resistance R12 on the other side are furnished in a switching device SW1. The other switching device SW2 has also the same composition. Consequently, the isolation property and the transmission property between the output and the input of the switching device can be improved in a wide zone from DC-1GHz to the higher.
