PURPOSE:To increase long term storage stability by forming a sealant which seals the periphery of an envelope with a specific polyamide base adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A sealant which seals the periphery of an envelope is formed with an adhesive obtained by mixing 0.1-5 wt.% aminosilane compound with a mixture of 100 pts.wt. polyamide and 2-50 pts.wt. ethylene-propylene rubber and/or ionomer. The sealant obtained has good adherency, heat resistance, flexibility, and oil resistance. By using this sealant, a thin battery having good long term storage stability can be obtained. |
