PURPOSE:To reduce a consuming current and to extend the duration of life of a battery for a power source by changing the pulse ratio of a transmission output according to an externally supplied source voltage. CONSTITUTION:The pulse ratio of a pulse output 4 is suppressed low within a range in which a range is above a constant value in order to suppress the consumption of the battery 2 during a constant time immediately after the exchange of the battery 2 for the source voltage to reduce the consuming current. The longer the using time of a remote control transmitting system, the more the battery 2 for the power source consumes, and every time when the source voltage goes to below a constant value level the pulse ratio is sequentially enlarged to set a transmitting power to above the constant level and maintain the range. Thereby, the consuming current of the remote control transmitting system is reduced and the duration of life of the battery 2 for the power source can be extended.
