PURPOSE:To facilitate demolding and to prepare a container having a sense of stability, by forming the core part of a mold into a specific tapered shape. CONSTITUTION:The outer diameters D1, D2 of the opening part 8 and bottom part 9 of a cavity 2 are made same and a sufficient draft is imparted to a core 3. By this method, the gap between the cavity 2 and the core 3 of a mold is formed so that the interval S2 of the bottom part 9 of the cavity 2 becomes larger than the interval S1 of the opening part 8 thereof. When a molten resin is injected in the gap between the cavity 2 and the core 3 and cooled to be solidified, the resin shrinks. Since the interval S2 of the bottom part 9 is larger than the interval S1 of the opening part 8 and, therefore, the thickness of the resin at the bottom part 9 becomes large, the shrinking quantity of the resin at the bottom part 9 becomes larger than that at the opening part 8, a gap (a) is generated between the molded container 12 and the inner surface of the cavity 2 and demolding is easily performed. The molded container 12 having the thick bottom part 9 is obtained. |
